Starting with the first consultation, the burden of planning and details is lifted from your shoulders. We start with the facts . . . when, where, how many . . . then find out the important things about you and the wedding you envision. . . your style, dreams, priorities, likes and dislikes.

The work begins. While you are handling your busy schedule or possibly enjoying a few moments of tranquility, we are doing the research for your wedding. Which event sites and vendors are the best match? Who meets your style and needs? Are they available? Do they fit your budget? Who are the best choices for caterer, photographer, florist, videographer, decorator, transportation, musicians, baker, guest accommodations, officiant . . . and the list goes on. We recommend only those vendors who are reliable and do top quality work. You are provided with quality choices and you make the final decisions.

Along the way, you have unlimited consultation and ongoing communication. On your wedding day, Legacy Events by Emily provides adequate staff (complete with headsets if needed) to handle all the details so you can you enjoy your day to the fullest.

This is our most popular package. You receive a personalized proposal for your wedding needs before contracts are signed. We work hand-in-hand with you from the first "Hello" through the last "Goodbye" wave.

 WEDDING DAY DIRECTOR                                          

The WEDDING DAY DIRECTOR is popular for those couples who want to do their own planning and want to enjoy their special day. Legacy Events by Emily reviews and confirms all vendor contracts, attends the final walk through at your reception site, develops and distributes a detailed event timeline, and supervises/coordinates your rehearsal, ceremony and reception . . . and, yes, our crisis kit is always close at hand on your wedding day.

Are you having a very small wedding? Do you have questions about etiquette? Do you need help finding an event site? Would you like someone to develop a budget for your wedding? Maybe you want to meet monthly just to make sure you are on the right track. Hourly consulting may be your answer.
